Comfort Food Popcorn

Totopoca! It's the ancient Aztec word to describe popping corn! In clay pots! It was DELICIOUS. Fast forward to the movie theaters industry of yesteryear. They needed snacks, but what? Definitely not popcorn, which smelled kind of weird and sounded like totopoca when you made it. Then they changed their mind. We're glad they did!
