Comfort Food Red Velvet Cupcake

I don't want to hear that red velvet is technically "just chocolate with red food coloring", it is NOT, that's a cruel rumor! Red velvet is the most special, delectable, PERFECT flavor to ever exist. The way it compliments the cream cheese icing so well, the pop of red color?!?!? I mean come oooooooon!
