Comfort Food Soup Dumpling

Soup dumplings (xiaolongbao!) are delicious bouncy little morsels of happiness filled with soup and MORE happiness! How do you eat one without it exploding in your mouth? Alright bear with me, you nibble a tiny hole in the dumpling, slurp out the soup, then eat the dumpling sans splash. Except this one. Don't nibble it at all, it's filled with fluff. Not soup.
